We had a fun day fishing. we spent the better part of our morning picking away at whitefish and sculpin. I think we got 110 whitefish and a handful of sculpin. After that, we played around in the shallows and ended up with 2 legal halibut. We threw back a few short halibut and a short seabass that was just a couple of inches short. Good sign of fish. The Islands look really lively. Fishing looks like it's shaping up to be pretty good here so looking forward to having you guys out. Daniel has all the details for you below.

Cody checked in for the Californian out of Ventura Harbor Sportfishing. Absolutely beautiful day on the water. Fun day fishing in the shallow water with our group. We had steady action fishing for whitefish, sheephead, perch, all that good stuff. Our 34 passengers ended up with 273 whitefish, 1 halibut, 12 perch, 4 sheephead a sculpin, and a rock sole.  Cody has the current fish report for you below.

The Island Spirit 2024 Charter Schedule Is open!

The Island Spirit is our largest fishing vessel, and guests will fish from a 65 feet long spacious which can accommodate up to 70 people, but we limit the capacity at any time to only 35 guests to make sure everyone is comfortable and has plenty of room to relax and fish. The Island Spirit contains a particularly large galley in which we prepare food for passengers. You’ll find the entire facility to be very clean with ample seating and all the amenities needed to make your adventure comfortable and fun.

Been hard at work putting new Tier 3 Engines in the old girl. We did, however, have time this week to post our 2024 open party schedule. There are plenty of days in April to just on. Also, this May open a 2-day trip targeting #seabass and #halibut.
